At the turn of the millennium, the 4th generation joined the family business: Saskia Winkler, gradutated in business management (VWA), was responsible for national and international sales and joined the parental company in 1999.Alexander Winkler, also gradutated in business management (VWA), started in his parents‘ business in the year 2000. At that time, he was responsible for finance, HR and information technology (IT). From the beginning of 2000, two generations of the Winkler family worked actively together for the success of the company.
In2004, theWinkler company celebrated its 100th anniversary.
Veronika Winkler (wife of Alexander Winkler) is supporting the finance and HR department since 2006.
Dr. Wolfram Winkler, Alexander Winkler and Saskia Winkler shared the responsibility for the management since 2011. This maintains thecontinuity of the business company in the 4th generation.
The“Original U-Schiene U-Rail“ is a registered brand name since 2014.
In 2015 Saskia Winkler left WINKLER TECHNIK GmbH and started to work as a coach.
Since 2016, Alexander Winkler, as the CEO,is mainly governing the fortunes of WINKLER TECHNIK GmbH and his wife, Veronika Winkler, supports him in the HR and finance departmentmore and more.
WINKLER TECHNIK was awarded the quality seal “Top 100“ as one of themost innovative medium-sized companies in Germany in 2011 and again in 2018.
